Wait.exe
When you just need to wait…
A lot of times, in Windows you need to wait for Windows to complete an action. I have this problem a lot on some junky computers when the users need access to a passworded network resource, and Windows is taking too long to initialize the hardware.
 Wait.exe solves this problem, by allowing you to use it in a batch file script, or just from the command line. You can find the program and the source below.
